We have delayed our opening in order to better prepare not only our facility, but our staff through new procedural training, safety and sanitization practices. 

Nothing is more important to us then making sure you and your family have fun in a safe environment. To ensure the safety of both our guests and staff, we are following State, Federal & CDC guidelines and implementing new health & safety procedures in our facility. New and improved measures include: 

• Our facility will be cleaned and sanitized every shift.
• Sneeze shields have been installed at all service counter areas.
• Balls & shoes are being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use with hospital-grade disinfectant. There will be a separate return station for shoes & balls to ensure no cross-contamination.
• We will have disinfectant spray & hand sanitizer readily available for our guests to use.
• All arcade games will be thoroughly disinfected by our employees on a continual basis as guests come and go into the arcade area.
• All guest touchpoint surfaces will be sanitized before a new guest makes contact.
• All staff will have their temperatures checked at the beginning of their shift. We will also have ALL of our staff wearing protective masks and gloves.
• We ask all guests to adhere to social distancing guidelines put forth by the CDC.
• We will social distance lanes and leave empty lanes between guests.
• We have completely revamped our facility to adhere to social distancing recommendations.
• Capacity will be closely monitored to ensure State guidelines are followed.
